Courtyard Philadelphia/Langhorne Hotel, Langhorne

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and updated, with a microwave that was convenient for my son's food, but housekeeping was slow to attend to the room. The service was impressive with a thoughtful gesture to address my daughter's need for batteries, but some issues were not addressed promptly. The location was excellent for visiting Sesame Place, although it could get crowded. The dining options were lacking in quality and variety. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room had a nice balcony which was a great feature, but unfortunately, the air conditioner was broken during my visit. I found it inconvenient that there was only one very small trash can available. However, the room itself was updated, clean, and had a nice bathroom.

The hotel is perfect for families visiting Sesame Place as it's incredibly close and convenient. The rooms are spacious and modern with new King beds and sofa-beds, although the bathroom was a bit cumbersome to move around. The service was outstanding, with Mary standing out as a truly valuable member of the staff, although there were minor instances of rudeness. Dining options were good and reasonably priced, especially enjoyable for families heading to Sesame Place. The location couldn't be better, providing quick access to the park and even offering shuttle services to save on parking fees.
